This agreement defines your rights and obligations regarding your use of the butce.app platform.
1. Description of Service
butce.app is a web and mobile-based financial management platform that helps users manage their personal budgets.
2. Account Creation and Use
2.1. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your password with anyone
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
- You must notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized access
2.2. Accurate Information
- You must provide correct and up-to-date information when registering
- Your email address must be valid and in use
- You must update your information when it changes
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1. Trial Period
- New users are offered a 14-day free trial
- During the trial you have access to all features
- If you do not purchase a subscription when the trial ends, your account will be suspended
3.2. Paid Subscriptions
- Monthly: 49 TRY/month
- Annual: 490 TRY/year
- Lifetime is not sold to new customers; users who previously purchased lifetime keep their access.
- Prices are subject to change.
3.3. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are given for unused periods
Project nature: butce.app is not a commercial company but a personal project. Payments are processed via the Shopier payment infrastructure. As this is a personal project, invoices are not issued for purchases.
4. User Obligations
When using the platform you must avoid the following:
- ❌ Use for illegal purposes
- ❌ Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- ❌ Using the platform to distribute malicious software
- ❌ Attempting to manipulate the system
- ❌ Using bots or automated tools
- ❌ Excessive use of platform resources
5. Intellectual Property
- The platform and its content belong to butce.app
- Source code, design and logos are protected by copyright
- Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited
- Your data belongs to you – You can export it in Excel format and delete your account from the Data Management page
6. Service Warranty
⚠️ Disclaimer:
- The platform is provided "as is"
- No guarantee of 100% uninterrupted service is given
- Short outages may occur for maintenance and updates
- Data backup is your responsibility
- You are responsible for your own financial decisions
7. Limitation of Liability
butce.app is not liable for:
- Errors resulting from incorrect data entry
- Internet connection issues
- Third-party service outages
- Consequences of your financial decisions
- Data loss (regular backup is recommended)
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1. By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:
- Breach of this agreement
- Non-payment
- Illegal use
- Attempts to harm the platform
8.2. By You
- You may delete your account at any time
- Deletion is irreversible
9. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
- This agreement may be updated
- Significant changes will be communicated by email
- Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance
11. Governing Law and Disputes
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey
- Courts of Adana have jurisdiction over any disputes
